Requirements:
Must have a book of business and current medical relationships in Manatee County, Florida.
Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Organizational skills, professional appearance, and service-oriented attitude.
Flexibility in working hours and excellent communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Ability to travel within and out of territory as needed.
Responsibilities:
Generate business and meet monthly sales goals.
Develop relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior communities, SNFs, and ALFs.
Analyze market territory and create strategic sales plans.
Maintain accurate account lists and track referrals.
Exceed sales targets and attend community meetings.
Develop marketing strategies with the Sales Leader.
Maintain market awareness and ensure timely admissions.
