The company founder has worked in the Solar industry for six years and created SunPath+ to deliver value to consumers transparently and ethically.
The solar industry in the United States has suffered due to overpricing and harmful sales agents, to the point where many people reject the idea of solar for fear of what a bad sales rep can do.
We were formed to counteract those problems and offer a new and refreshing style to sales that comes from a deep respect for the client and a wealth of knowledge of the products and the industry.
*Position Overview:*
As the Regional Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in your assigned region.
You will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of solar sales representatives and field marketers.
- Establish strong relationships with other Regional Sales Managers and the Marketing team.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop compelling sales materials, campaigns, and training resources.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven track record of success in solar sales or related industry.
- Experience in sales management or leadership roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
