The ideal candidate will have leadership qualities, be adaptable, and have excellent
communication skills in order to manage day-to-day aspects of the facility while providing
superior client experience.
A passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintaining common areas in accordance with Phenix Standards.
This includes but is not
limited to:
o Daily vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces
o Touching up paint on walls, as required
o Cleaning and replenishing bathrooms supplies as needed (toilet paper, soap, paper
towels)
o Monthly maintenance of sink hair traps, including a post cleaning
spreadsheet/report.
• Tracking supplies and informing Managing Partners when products need to be re-ordered
• Receiving all packages and deliveries with routine organizing of storage room tools and
sanitary items (paper towels, etc.
)
• Collecting contact information of prospective licensees
• Log and relay issues or complaints from licensees promptly to a Managing Partner if they
encountering problems with suite-owned furniture or systems (i.
e.
, HVAC, plumbing,
electrical, WIFI, etc.
)
• Greeting and directing customers to the appropriate suites/professionals
• Coordinating with Managing Partners regarding maintenance issues to allow for
immediate repairs.
• Receiving packages/mail and delivering them to the appropriate suite
• Filling out accident report forms if they occur while onsite
• Assisting with special events or projects, as needed
• Meeting subcontractors and coordinating work with professionals
Approximate starting hours are 11-4 with room to grow
