*Job Description:*
Ability to use general maintenance machinery (hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices).
Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing, painting, vinyl, and ceramic tile experience preferred.
* Must have own vehicle and tools.
* Good listening, organization, and communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete assigned tasks; employee must be able to follow written and verbal instruction.
* Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
* There is a frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.
Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, lifts, etc.

* Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Must be willing to occasional work may weekend be required as job duties demand
* Schedule daily tasks and communicate with residents on expected arrival times.
* Responsible for documenting all completed work by taking before and after photos.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.
