We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.
This role requires an individual who is skilled at driving complex projects from conception to completion, managing budgets, ensuring quality control, and leading teams to success.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse range of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project management from planning to implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.
3.
Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
4.
Ensure all project activities comply with company and industry safety and quality standards.
5.
Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
6.
Conduct regular project reviews and updates, providing clear and concise project status reports to stakeholders.
7.
Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise.
8.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges and obstacles, ensuring project objectives are met.
9.
Continually seek opportunities to improve project management processes and practices, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the company.
Qualifications: *Must have either self-storage or multi-level, ground up experience*
1.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field - Preferred
2.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the construction industry.
3.
Proven experience in construction management, cost control, quality control, budgeting, risk management, safety management, and team leadership.
4.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating and scheduling.
5.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
6.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
7.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
8.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
9.
Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
10.
Demonstrated commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
