General Laborer

Mermaids Commercial Cleaning has an opening in our Community Maintenance Division.
And we need YOU! Position is a general laborer doing new construction community maintenance in a team based environment.
Room for growth in position and salary within our locally owned family company as we expand.
Work location will vary throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties, but location is near where you meet in the morning to use company vehicles.
Duties of the position include but are not limited to: Some heavy lifting Sweeping Cleaning up debris and trash on site Running backpack blowers for multiple hours Emptying trash other general clean out duties as they are needed.
What we are looking for: You must be able to pass a background screening successfully.
You must also be willing to submit to random drug testing for any substances for which you do not currently have a legal prescription.
Driven individual with motivation for upward growth within our family owned company.
Team player with great work ethic.
Proficient in English.
Ability to work in the heat.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.
