HVAC Engineer

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our team.
As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various systems within our facilities.
This is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and providing a safe and comfortable environment for our occupants.
Responsibilities: - Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems - Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions and system failures - Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of building systems - Respond to emergency situations and perform necessary repairs or adjustments - Monitor and maintain building automation systems - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory - Provide excellent customer service to building occupants by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Experience in field service or as an industrial mechanic preferred - Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for diagnostic purposes - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with building occupants - Knowledge of industrial electrician practices is a plus - Familiarity with HVAC systems, hydraulics, and other building systems - Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics - Proficient in English, both written and verbal If you are a skilled Building Engineer looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
