House of Floors of Sarasota is looking for experienced, qualified, and dedicated flooring professionals who can prep, install, and repair flooring to ensure customer satisfaction for a variety of multi-family properties throughout Southwest Florida.
Job Requirements: 1\.
Experience with Carpet, Vinyl, Ceramic Tile and/or Vinyl plank installation 2\.
Ability to adhere to daily schedule – Monday through Friday 3\.
Ensure installation quality and accuracy 4\.
Provide accurate and timely information 5\.
Adhere to property safety standards 6\.
Provide reliable transportation Documentation Required: 1\.
Valid Florida Company (status must be active) 2\.
Valid General Liability Insurance with Limits Exceeding $500,000/$1,000,000 3\.
Valid Occupational License 4\.
Valid Workman’s Comp (or applicable exemptions) 5\.
