CNC Router Operator

*Responsibilities:* As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the following tasks: * *Programming and Operating:* Set up and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
* *Quality and Safety:* Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to safety protocols.
* *Record Keeping:* Maintain accurate records related to production and machine performance.
* *Equipment Maintenance:* Ensure CNC machines are well-maintained.
* *Machine Expertise:* Operate Biesse machines, including Rover A 1536 nester, Rover A 1232 pod and rail, and Selco WNT 6 beam saw for manufacturing plywood and phenolic components.
* *Additional CNC Machines:* Familiarity with other CNC Nesters, Beam Saws, and CNC drilling centers.
*Requirements:* To be considered for the CNC Operator position, you must meet the following criteria: * *Experience:* Prior professional experience as a CNC Operator is required.
* *Driver’s License:* Valid driver’s license.
* *Transportation:* Reliable transportation to and from work.
* *Drug Test:* Willingness to complete a drug test.
