### Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Technician to join our team.
The QC Technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products through rigorous testing and inspection.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
CDT preferred.
### Duties:
- Perform quality control inspections on products manufacturred by dental technicians in accordance with quality standards
- Evaluate each cas thoroughy to ensure correct product per Rx specifications
- Serves as a liaison between dental technicians and managers
- Communicates with colleagues, dental technicians, and managers in a prompt articulate manner on a continuous basis
- Relies on technical knowledge to make decisions and accomplish departmental goals
- Communicates with supervisors, QC personnel, and technicians about work quality
- Ensures expecation of productivity numbers and work quality
-Complies with safety procedures
-Seeks advice and input from manager when needed
-Assists in technician training as requested
-Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of manager
### Experience:
Previous experience in a quality control role, preferably in a dental laboratory manufacturing or production environment
- CDT strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and methodologies
- Familiarity with inspection tools and equipment used in detal laboratory
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on data analysis
