Construction Office Administrative Assistant Reports to: Managing Members, Office Manager We are a Commercial Construction Contractor seeking an experienced Admin Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction office and general office work.

The primary objective of this position is to take charge of the day to day construction administrative duties as assigned.
Including but not limited to: * Reviewing and processing new contracts * Contract submittals * Filing Notices To Owners * Addendum and Change Order updating * Man power schedule keeping * Delivery schedule * Back-up to various office duties * Any other duties assigned Requirements * Effective record-keeping and document management * Proficient knowledge of computer programs including experience with QuickBooks, OneDrive, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
* Basic knowledge and understanding of AIA Billings (pay applications, draw schedule billing) * Willingness to perform other administrative duties as assigned * Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both in and out of the workplace.
* Ability to: Coordinate, organize, schedule, and prioritize tasks for self * Display a high level of proficiency * Handle multiple priorities, duties, and responsibilities * Follow oral and written instructions * Effectively communicate issues to the proper departments and personnel * Learn and understand our existing computer programs and software with ease * Follow company policies and procedures * Establish and maintain respectful and cooperative work relationships with Co-workers, Field Personnel, Subcontractors, Owners, Vendors, General Contractors, and other business associates.
