Work performed is highly specialized and requires the application of advanced knowledge and skills.
Position generally requires related work experience.
This is a temporary position that may not exceed twelve (12) months.
Incumbent must be bona-fide student in an accredited educational or vocational program.
Also, will not work more than an average of 27 hours per week for positions lasting more than 3 months.

Job Description
Essential Functions

Performs administrative work such as the posting of detailed records, proofreads typed materials, and generates reports.
Makes calls and interact with departments.
May survey residents and convey helpful information.
Illustrates through charts and graphs information as guided by Financial Management
Operates a variety of office equipment.
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with others.
Communicates clearly and effectively, orally and in writing.
Performs other duties (including weather and other extreme conditions) as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in a college/university, seeking a graduate (post-baccalaureate) degree or senior level graduate studies.

May consider recent graduate of master's program.
If not enrolled as Bonafide student, assignment may not exceed six months.

Area of Assignment - Utilities Project Management - April 2024
Assists a project manager with project meetings, pay applications and project closeout documentation.
Performs field inspections to ensure construction projects are completed in compliance with project specifications.
Prepares project status reports to update stakeholders on schedule, key issues and budget.
