Overview:
We are seeking a very talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team! This a Senior Interior Designer postion that requires 5+ years years experience in high end residential with a bachelor in Interior Design.
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences.

_Key responsibilities of your role include, but are not limited to, the following:_
· Creative and project lead; initial client contact; design development, including technical floor plans, drawings, specifications of materials, dimensions, pricing, lead-time, visual design presentation, including digital PDF and physical samples of finishes, and textiles; project procurement; project purchasing (furnishings, lighting, decorative mirrors, wallpaper, window treatments, and accessories only); project installation, including independent accessory shopping and installation, and client reveal.
Installation includes scheduling of cleaners and art hanging, scheduling of wallpaper and window treatments installation as needed prior to furnishing installation;
· Further development of business relationships with clients, builders, trades, and vendors to seek more business opportunities;
· Working knowledge and use of AutoCAD for floor plans and elevation drawings;
· Working knowledge and use of Photoshop in order to quickly render elevations and other drawings;
· Ability to sketch-up with modeling render plug-in as needed (this item has the potential to become costly and quite time-consuming, so I would be interested in your thoughts to minimize costs and the time investment in this area perhaps by outsourcing designs, as needed, on a per-project basis);
· Management and maintenance of daily social media content;
· Procurement of office library and coordination of vendor meetings;
· Compile, maintain, and update vendor list;
· Compile, maintain, and update Trades list;
· Use of business credit card for purchasing and record-keeping of use and purchases;
· Obtain and maintain annual business resale certificate for no-tax purchasing;
· Preparation and follow-up of invoicing for tangible items;
· Preparation and follow-up of invoicing to clients for billable hours every other week using Freshbooks;
· Create and maintain design brochure to use as a guide for how we work, how we set expectations up-front and to assist in the determination of which clients with whom we will engage in our services;
· Preparation and updating of design contract for each client;
· Participation in weekly (at minimum) team check-ins;
· Comply with MWD process evaluation and direct collaboration with Mindy Webb on approval of all design aspects before presenting to clients; and
