Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team.
As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for rigging, building, and welding various metal components.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* *Must have TIG Welding experience in metal railings, metal stairs: 10 years (Minimum)*
* *Only local applicants will be considered.

* *Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
*
* *PREFERRED - Bilingual in Spanish and English*
* *There is an opportunity for promotion into management for the right candidate.
*
* Must be knowledgeable of Sarasota, Florida State specs and Building codes.
* Ability to read and understand blueprints, elevations and 3D drawings.
* Proficient in math skills.
* Proof of right to work in the US.
* Must be a hard worker and a team player.
* Must have a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record to drive company vehicles.
* Expertise and knowledge in operating equipment such as drill press, band saw, table saw, power tools, grinders, etc.
* Knowledge of safety standards pertaining to construction field.
* During peak season, ability to work overtime and occasional weekends.
* Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
* Cooperate with owners, clients, managers, subcontractors, and employees and maintain a positive working relationship.
Skills:
- Proficient in rigging, building, and welding metal components
- Strong knowledge of stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Experience operating press brake machines, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment
- Familiarity with machining processes
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
