*POSITION:* Development Project Manager (CASTO Net Lease Properties)
*REPORTS TO:* Vice President of Development
*BASIC FUNCTION:* Project management duties for retail developments, overseeing financial, timeline, and quality in execution and delivery of process.
*MAJOR DUTIES RESPONSIBLE FOR:*
* Develop client, consultant, and contractor relationships.
* Managing engineer and architectural consultants.
* Managing Contractors during construction.
* Deliver a profitable project in accordance with financial standards.
* Develop project budgets and schedules.
* Development of initial project planning, accountability, and scheduled project status reviews.
* Maintain adherence to project schedule, including participation in development and regular updates with team.
* Participate in scheduled project team meetings with owners, design team members, jurisdictional authorities, and construction team members.
* Responsible for project procurement.
* Preparing contracts and amendments with consultants and contractors
* Review of lease and contracts.
* Review and approving consultant invoices.
* Produce regular reporting on project status, budgeting, progress, turnover.
* Understand and comply with the company's EEO policies and affirmative action obligations.
* Client management throughout procurement, construction, and post-construction processes
*SKILLS:*
* Strong technical and communication skills are critical.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of Autocad and site planning preferred.
