As a Shell Carpenter at our company, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling the structural framework of residences.
Your expertise in working with different types of materials, such as wood, metal, and concrete, will be essential in creating sturdy and visually appealing structures.
Your ability to interpret architectural plans and follow specifications will ensure that our projects are completed to the highest quality standards.

*Responsibilities:*
Study and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications
Measure, cut, and shape materials according to the project requirements
Construct and assemble the structural framework of buildings, including walls, floors, roofs, and partitions
Install windows, doors, and other fixtures as per the design specifications
Ensure the accurate placement and alignment of structural components
Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure smooth project progress
Perform repairs and maintenance on existing structures as necessary
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with project managers and architects to provide input and recommendations for construction projects
Requirements:
Must have their owns tools.
Proven experience as a Shell Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
Proficiency in working with various materials, such as wood, metal, and concrete
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and equipment
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications
Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Valid carpentry license or certification (preferred)
