Metal Framing Foreman

We are a high-end construction and property management company seeking experienced, hard-working, reliable, and responsible Metal Framing Foreman.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and supervision of metal * framing & drywall * Adherence to and responsibility for the company safety program * Read blueprints (ability to do layout is a requirement) * Possess necessary hand and power tools * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Understand UL Assemblies / Fire-ratings * Speak Fluent English * Operate iPad / iPhone * Communicate effectively with office and supervisors * Dependable Salary based on skills and experience to be discussed at interview.
