Duties:
- Perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to:
-Drywall installation, Drywall Finishing, Stucco finishing, Texture, General Carpentry, Trim Carpentry, Cabinet install, insulation, Painting, Wood flooring and LVP flooring.
Skills:
- Proficiency in working with power tools and hand tools
- Experience!!! Skilled!!! Production Motivated!!!
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans
- Knowledge of proper safety procedures and protocols in construction environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members on projects
