We are seeking a jack-of-all-trades maintenance technician to join our growing team.
In this position, you will be responsible for home and grounds upkeep and may work alone or with a crew.
You must be a well-rounded individual who can perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties.
*Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities:*
- Plumbing: includes the repair, replacement or installation of faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, water-dispensing refrigerators, and washing machines.
- Electrical: includes the repair, replacement or installation of power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, climate control systems, and garage doors openers.
-Drywall repair: includes filling in small holes caused by nails and minor dings from normal wear and tear most commonly performed between the time a tenant vacates a unit and a new renter assumes occupancy.
Some large repairs smaller then a sheet of drywall.
-Painting: includes minor touch-ups following damage repair and new coats of paint applied to unit walls between the time a tenant vacates a unit, and a new renter assumes occupancy.
-Appliance repair: includes the repair, replacement or installation of major household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, range ovens, washers and dryers, hot water tanks, and air conditioners.
-Have active knowledge of use with smartphone
- Assemble, Install or repair various items, such as furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Must be Experienced in virtually all scopes of general construction.
-Must be capable to perform both exterior and interior work
*Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications:*
Must know how to operate a smartphone and own a working smart phone
Strong critical thinking and creative skills
Detail oriented and organizational
Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently
Must have a flexible schedule
Must own tools to do the job
Must have own vehicle truck or van preferred
Must cover own limited liability insurance
Must always present themselves in a Professional, Polite , Ethical Manner
Must always wear a *clean* company uniform each day when on a job and follow company protocols, standards and policy.
Must always maintain a groomed and clean personal appearance
Must always be on time
Must be reliable and 100% responsible
