Responsibilities:
Manages the day-to-day operation of the IT Department and serves as the primary point of contact for any IT service-related topics at the sites.
Ensures IT services, internal and via Managed Service Providers, are delivered as per service level agreements (SLAs) to the sites.
Review adherence to SLAs by IT service delivery teams; provide visibility to IT leadership on SLA performance, gaps, and remediation actions taken.
Provides management and supervision to assigned IT Staff (trains, mentors, and provides performance management or corrective actions).
Ensures compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures.
Participates in disaster recovery planning and is responsible for periodically testing the site’s technical disaster recovery plan.
Manages the acquisition, installation, configuration, coordination, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of software and hardware assets.
Responsible for maintaining an IT asset inventory and managing risks associated with aging components.
Proficient in CS 365 routers and switches, Network monitoring, Incident response, Fortinet, O365 - Teams, and full VoIP.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline.
Must have a strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and application services; experience with supporting cloud and server-based applications; pharma/biotech manufacturing systems support experience is highly desirable.
Experience working in pharma/biotech manufacturing is highly desirable.
Must possess excellent prioritization and project management skills.
Have the ability to maintain a strong customer focus and to prioritize and quickly resolve issues.

Ability to travel up to 20% to Boca Raton campus in South Florida.
