Position: Welder – MIG & TIG
Location: IRISS HQ - Bradenton, FL
Reports To: Director of Operations
Job Overview: We are seeking qualified and skilled MIG & TIG Welder/Fabricator in Aluminum and Stainless Steel for a Manufacturing Company.
Must be skilled in de-burring operations, spot welding, MIG & TIG welding, basic shop tools, measuring equipment, gauges.
The successful candidate will understand the operations and processes required to weld product to specifications.
Press Brake experience is a plus.
Applicant must also understand fixtures and tooling.
Responsibilities:
· Perform MIG and TIG welding tasks according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
· Set up and adjust welding equipment to achieve optimal results.
· Ensure the proper fusion of metals by monitoring heat, speed, and other factors during the welding process.
· Work with various materials, including but not limited to stainless steel, aluminum, and cold rolled steel.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a MIG & TIG Welder.
· Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols.
· Strong knowledge of welding equipment and techniques.
· Familiarity with various welding materials, including stainless steel and aluminum.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Strong commitment to safety practices and protocols.
· Welding certification is a plus.
Education:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Vocational or technical training in welding.
