Key Responsibilities: Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Manufacturing Supervisor to support the Blending & Aseptic team to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met.
This position drive’s reliability improvement programs such as condition inspection, condition based and predictive maintenance systems.
Support current and future plant reliability improvement initiatives.
Manage and distribute maintenance metrics and data to support data-driven decision making and prioritization within maintenance group.
Lead site root cause analysis and FMEA efforts by facilitation of meetings and management of action items.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Accelerate the pace of implementation of current and future reliability/OEE improvement programs.
Own root cause analysis program by facilitation and execution of actions.
• Identification of the current pain points and developing remediation strategies.
• Support any critical and urgent project/effort.
• Improve uptime and lower maintenance cost by optimizing maintenance strategies.
• Support future plant based autonomous maintenance systems.
• Assist to reduce maintenance and food safety related incidents and risks.
• Assist to develop maintenance initiatives and monitor execution.
• Support process safety compliance for maintenance, including contractors.
• Assisting with safety incident investigations and drive towards zero maintenance safety incidents.
Adherence to the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets.
• Supports pro-active safety training, detailed and standardized LOTO procedures which is integrated in all PM’s and Permit-to-Work systems.
Develop a data centric decision-making culture within the plant maintenance department, which includes asset utilization, Develop a plant strategy for condition inspection techniques and tools to optimally detect defects pro-actively.
Use predictive technologies to find and correct energy losses.
Co-ordinate training for all users on condition inspection tools.
Consult and seek guidance on reliability techniques and tools: PHA - Preliminary hazards analysis FMEA - Failure modes and effects analysis CA - Criticality analysis SFMEA - Simplified failure modes and effects analysis MI - Maintainability information FTA - Fault tree analysis ETA - Event tree analysis MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this position successfully, the individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily.
