*Who We Are Looking For*
Are you interested in the construction services industry and eager to join a dynamic team? COME AND GROW WITH US!! We are seeking a *Site Operations Assistant* to join our growing team!
*Essential Responsibilities*
· Daily communication with Project Manager
· Communication and collaboration with clients
· Materials delivery
· ‘Punch-out’ Work:
o Minor Defect Repair: Filling nail holes, repairing scratches / dents, and touching up paint
o Finishing Touches: Installing or completing small items such as doorknobs, light fixtures, switch plates, and other hardware
o Cleaning: Clean-up of construction site, removing debris, dusting, vacuuming, and general cleaning to ensure space is presentable and ready for occupancy.
· Other duties as assigned
*What You Bring to the Table*
The ideal candidate will have:
· 1 year of construction industry experience preferred
· a positive, professional attitude
· excellent problem-solving and communication skills
· strong attention to detail
· organization and time management skills
· the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects / work
· the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat
· the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· a valid driver’s license

· Punta Gorda home office, but position will travel to various site locations
· Full-time, regular staff
· Typical hours: Mon – Fri, 8-hour shift (very infrequent weekend work may be required)
