Looking for someone full time who can and previosuly proifessionally painted, has good construction knowledge, team players.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks
- Mix, match, and apply paint to various surfaces
- Use brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply coats of paint or other finishes
- Clean up work areas and remove hazardous materials
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear during painting jobs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a painter or laborer in the construction industry
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Familiarity with carpentry, stucco, plaster, caulking, and concrete finishing
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Experience in remodeling, construction estimating, or masonry is a plus
