*Job Summary:*
We seek an experienced Supervisor to oversee pool construction projects from inception to completion.
The Supervisor will work with homeowners, the construction team, and our trade partners to ensure the successful completion of swimming pool construction.
Responsible for maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
*Responsibilities:*
· Collaborate with sales team, homeowners, construction teams, and sub-contractors to execute pool construction project plans.
· Oversee construction teams and subcontractors to guarantee quality workmanship
· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.
· Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and delays in a timely and efficient manner.
· Communicate project progress and updates to homeowners and construction manager
· Maintain positive relationships with homeowners, sub-contractors, suppliers, and project team members.
*Qualifications:*
· Proven experience as a Supervisor or Project Manager in the construction industry.
· Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and permits.
· Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
· Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and accountability.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
· Proficiency in project management software.
· Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
· Must have an active Florida driver’s license with good driving record
