Construction Project Manager

*REQUIRED: *MUST BE LOCATED IN THE SARASOTA AREA AND HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER.

* *PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE APPLYING* · Minimum of 5 years of residential project management experience (preferably in the luxury space).
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
· Must have extremely strong organizational skills · Must be a self starter · Must have a collaborative spirit · MS office proficiency required · *Sage experience is a plus* · *MS Project experience is a plus* · *Procore experience is a plus* Responsibilities of the role: · Preparing bid packages · Qualifying proposals · Developing budgets · Assembling change orders · Reviewing ASIs · Tracking project information · Meeting with superintendents and director of operations · Generating meeting agenda and minutes · Maintaining subcontractor information · Issuing purchase orders and subcontracts · Submittal and shop drawing review · Preparing takeoffs · Maintaining project documentation · Reviewing and approving invoices · Maintaining the flow of information · Tracking submittals · Tracking RFIs · Building ad tracking schedules · Tracking buyout and budget · Maintaining selection schedules and expediting submittals/selections Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.
00 - $95,000.
