Aluminum Welder/Fabricator

Duties: - Fabricate and weld metal components according to blueprints and specifications - Operate plasma cutting equipment to cut metal sheets and plates - Utilize press brake machine to bend and shape metal pieces - Use cranes and other lifting equipment to move heavy materials - Apply mechanical knowledge to assemble fabricated parts - Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete fabrication tasks - Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions - Use FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) techniques for welding tasks - Work with ductwork and other HVAC components as needed - Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings Qualifications: - Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role - Proficient in plasma cutting, press brake machine operation, and crane usage - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively - Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations - Experience with FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) preferred - Familiarity with ductwork fabrication is a plus - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
