*Position Overview:* We are currently seeking an outgoing candidate for a Coordination Assistant position.
Even though this is for a construction industry position, there is no need to have previous experience in the field.
We are looking for someone who has an outrageous level of organization, is quick on their feet, sharp minded, and will be able to maintain multiple different calendars and project schedules.
Our ideal candidate is someone who gets amped up when they are busy and doesn't crumble under pressure.
We value individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who are driven, proactive, and passionate about customer service, construction, and project management.
This is a full-time or part-time position with the option to work a hybrid remote schedule after training is completed.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Schedule and coordinate suncontractors and in-house employees for projects and appointments
* Develop and strengthen client and vendor relationships
* Maintain a positive and organized work environment
* Problem-solve and provide creative solutions to scheduling challenges
* Always put “client before task”
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
* Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Assist Director of Operations and Coordination Manager in planning and organizing construction projects
* Maintain project documentation and records
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
* Handle administrative tasks related to construction projects
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
* Strong knowledge of scheduling and coordination
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team and lead when required
* Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive attitude
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
