Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for electrical work as assigned to specific construction site and parameters of same.
Assign duties to Helpers, Journeymen and Foreman as required and appropriate for training.
Trains and develops Helpers, Journeymen and Foremen to ensure understanding and clarity of safe work practices while working within the electrical realm on all construction job sites.
Interprets specifications, blueprints, submittals, and job orders as needed for assigned projects.
Assembles procurement orders for materials, equipment and tools required at each project commencement maximizing on discounts available by minimizing need for field purchase trips.
Establishes and adjusts work sequences to meet construction schedule(s), using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel.
Evaluates Foremen and workers abilities and expertise to ensure the most productive and effective job placement.
Studies schedules and estimates man-hour requirements for completion of job/project.
Analyzes and resolves work problems, obstacles, conflicts.
Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience leading trade related workers.
Must possess own tools applicable to that of line of work.
Must possess advanced understanding of electrical work.
Must understand electrical protocols to lead projects assigned.

It is the responsibility of the incumbent in the role to ensure he/she has received all pertinent safety protective equipment and commits to use of same when performing in the role.
Executes all tasks as assigned in a safe manner and at all times utilize safe work practices as appropriate.
Understands and will wear PPE equipment when entering working around or in an area designated as PPE required.
Must undergo Driver’s Skills Assessment training necessary for travel to worksites (if applicable).
Will train on OSHA 10 and 30; as appropriate
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to see well (either naturally or with correction; must be able to hear, and speak clearly with professional standard grammar.
Must use hands, fingers, arms and legs fully; kneel, crouch and crawl; climb and balance on ladders and scaffolds; climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift, stoop.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with assistance.
