Job Title: Senior Field Engineer
Job Summary:
Exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Field Engineer! Under the guidance of the Project Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in on-site coordination for various construction phases.
Manage hourly trade employees, collaborate with subcontractors, and gain valuable experience for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Support the project team in diverse capacities.
Collaborate closely on safety, cost monitoring, scheduling, quality control, and punch of construction projects.
Assist in coordinating material deliveries with the Project/Assistance Superintendent.
Conduct daily inspections of construction activities.
Monitor daily headcount of subcontractors and ensure job site cleanliness.
Document construction progress through daily/weekly pictures.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
Minimum Experience:
· 2 years of construction experience with a minimum of 1 year in multifamily or hospitality
Skills, Certifications, and Designations:
· Basic understanding of construction terms, fundamentals, and plan reading.
· Exposure to scheduling, cost accounting, and job site safety.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, and similar programs.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and initiative.
· Willingness to learn, accept direction, and strive for career progression.
