What you'll be doing: We are seeking a Project Manager / Producer who will deliver exceptional client projects on time and on budget.
Grow your project management experience while working on cutting-edge projects across AEC and Vertical industries.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and nurture positive relationships with existing client contacts.
Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
Focus on the smooth management of the project process, ensuring clarity of requirements, deliverables, timelines, and visibility against fees throughout the project life cycle.
Prepare, communicate, and monitor project work plans, budgets, and deliverables for client and internal teams.
Develop and implement effective review cycles of each product milestone and/or deliverable to identify areas for improvement and/or project risk, proposing solutions to necessary stakeholders.
Contribute positively to project reports and staffing meetings with concise and accurate information to continually improve the studio’s delivery and financial objectives.
Review internal project accounting documents and process draft project billing.
Coordinate the delivery of large features that span multiple teams (i.
e.
engineering, art, design, audio, and QA) Facilitate team ceremonies utilizing agile methodologies, such as, but not limited to, standups, sprint/milestone planning and reviews, build reviews, play tests, brainstorm sessions, and feature kickoffs.
Collaborate with Leads to ensure clear goals are set for milestones and realized during development.
Exemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactions.
Qualifications and Skills/Requirements: 3-5 years of related experience, including demonstrated success as a project manager / producer on a range of project types.
Experience managing multiple project teams.
Experience negotiating project scope and fees.
Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on projects.
Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills.
Strong product mindset, passionate about delivering world class experience to our customers.
Ability to work under stress and help your team members to navigate various challenges and achieve positive results.
This position requires full-time on-site at the Imerza headquarters in Sarasota.
Bonus Points: Accredited degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Has experience in the AECO industry.
Experience with different project management methodologies (i.
e.
Sprint, Agile, Kanban) and can identify which methodology is best suited fit the different needs of the project.
Revit skills are highly valued.
Unreal Engine skills are highly valued.
Compensation: Base Salary.
$65,000 - 85,000.
