Pro-Team Plumbing is hiring a new Plumbing Field Manager for our Bradenton, Sarasota division.
Applicants must have a minimum 3 years’ experience in plumbing management/construction.
Applicant must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
* Assisting plumbers in laying out of new construction projects.
* Overseeing and checking the day-to-day work of the plumbers on site ensuring the layouts are going according to plan.
* Meeting with general contractors to go over layouts of project and making sure everything is in order to begin work ex: (cabinet specs, valves, tub specs, fixture placement, etc.
)
* Doing take offs for prints and ordering material prior to the start of job.
* Scheduling daily crews to the jobs per schedule.
* Constant communication with General Manager about projects to ensure we are on schedule.
* Proficient in plumbing code, and computer skills.
