PrideStaff is hiring for a client located in Sarasota, FL for Vehicle Prep Technicians.
The ideal candidates have experience with hand and power tools, taking apart interior/exterior facades of vehicles carefully, and/or low voltage wiring with car or home audio.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15am - 5:00pm, Fulltime
Pay Rate: $16 / hour - $18/ hour
Location: Sarasota
Vehicle Technician Job Description:
The ability to disassemble a variety of components, remove dashboard, seats, door panels and other interior parts in the shop in a timely and efficient manner.
Good general mechanical aptitude, including the skill to use basic hand, power and measuring tools
Must have the ability to follow verbal instructions
Reassemble interior factory panels responsibly
Eager to learn and ability to work with very little assistance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience installing and / or repairing car accessory equipment is a plus

Must be punctual and have good work ethic and a commitment to extra hours when needed
Must be able to meet deadlines in a faced paced production environment
Must have the ability to interface well with upper management
Must be able to balance team and individual responsibilities
Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills
Exhibit good work ethic, reliability, dependability, and be trustworthy
