Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

We perform service, installations, preventative maintenance, etc to a large majority of the restaurant clientele in the area - not limited to solely restaurant work.
Pay Range between $36.
00 - $43.

Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, and refreigeration systems in commercial, and industrial settings - Perform routine maintenance on HVACR to ensure optimal performance - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVACR systems and make necessary repairs - Conduct inspections of systems to identify potential problems or areas for improvement - Collaborate with other team members to complete installation or repair projects - Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Qualifications: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - 7 years of experience in Commercial HVACR equipment such has RTU's, walk-in coolers/ Freezers, Reach-in's, and ice machines is a MUST! - Knowledge of air conditioning systems and HVAC/R principles - Ability to weld and perform basic electrical work - Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and customer service skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
