We are now in search of General Laborers (Recycling Sorters) for our location in Sarasota, FL 34234.
Details of the job: -Process incoming recyclable materials to ensure that outbound commodities meet the standards for sale to various brokers or mills.
-Sort and segregate recoverable materials such as aluminum, plastic, glass, and paper from incoming waste.
-Follow all safety policies and procedures, including stopping the conveyor belt in emergency situations.
-Inspect incoming loads for unacceptable waste and remove any unacceptable items as required.
-Keep the area and surrounding areas clean.
Schedule: Monday To Friday With Occasional Saturdays 1st Shift: 7:00 a.
m.
to 3:30 p.
m.
2nd Shift: 3:30 p.
m.
to 11:30 p.
m.
Starting Pay Rate: 1st Shift: $15.
00 / Hr.
2nd Shift: $15.
50/ Hr.
