Job Description Direct responsibility for projects, and leading a team in the development of plans and specifications, for commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, residential, and other types of projects that include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other miscellaneous items Perform drainage design and ICPR modeling Permit projects through local and state regulatory agencies Act as a point of contact for clients Responsible for project management, reporting, and client invoicing Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in civil engineering Registered PE in Florida 10 years + of related experience Strong computer skills, including hydrology and hydraulic modeling Excellent written and verbal communication skills Land/Site development design & project management experience Local design and permitting experience Experience working on residential, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, Experience working with municipal/government agencies a plus NO non-resident applicants or Sponsorships.
