I have a mobile home I am in the process of renovating.
However with a full time job, my project is taking a lot longer than expected.
I am in need of a tradesman, someone familiar with light handyman type jobs, who can assist me with completion of the project.
Projects to work on include subfloor completion, installation of kitchen countertops (butchers block), hang ceiling, light cleanup, painting, floor laying.
The more experience you have the better.

I am willing to provide tools if needed, will pay cash daily.
Budget is $20 - $30 an hour based on experience and quality of work.
I am interested in multiple people if possible.
I of course will pay for all supplies needed.
If you use your tools, I will pay for replacement blades, parts as well.
The hope is to continue to be able to do this and work on many projects, and turn the renovation of real estate and mobile homes into a full time endeavor, so I am trying to build a successful team to assist me.
I am very easy going and just need someone to help me finish this project so we can move to next one.
