Knowledge of the latest building codes

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
Construction Estimator and Sales Manager for building contractor focused on residential remodeling

Prepares and estimates costs for construction by studying plans and specifications
Contacts subcontractors and suppliers to obtain bids for each project
Develops bids for construction projects
Works closely with building contractor, superintendent and other professionals
Schedules meetings with clients, site managers, and staff
Navigates and understands building codes
Processes paperwork
