Maintenance Tech - Apartment (Venice)

Currently seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to work at an Apartment Complex in the Venice area.
Temp for now, could become permanent for the right candidate.
Need to perform general repairs/maintenance, punches within the apartments, prepare units for rental, cleans the grounds, and any other task assigned to meet property standards.
This position is being offered through our staffing agency, paid once per week, taxes deducted: HVAC/EPA Certified Maintenance Technician - Pay rate is $22-23/hour.
Work schedules are typical Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
Requirements: Must have HVAC EPA Universal Certification Must have experience in the apartment industry, renovations or excellent handyman skills Must be able to pass a Local and National Background Check Must have reliable transportation If interested, please send resume or provide contact information.
