SERVICE TECHNICIAN HELPER- ELECTRIC

Job Summary: Assisting in the hot check process with service techs.
Ensuring homes are ready for all applicable county inspections.
Assisting service techs with homeowner calls and warranty issues.
Duties/Responsibilities: Assist in ensuring timeliness of calls in regards to homeowners schedule.
Ensuring all homes we enter are left clean of all debris, material etc from our warranty call Helping to navigate situations with homeowners and deescalate situations with regard to frustration of call etc.
Required Skills/Abilities: Willingness to learn electrical trade for all aspects of residential electric.
Willingness to learn to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc.
1 year of Service Technician Helper experience.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times.
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
Must be able to work in confined spaces Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time.
Must have clean driving record.
