Responsibilities:
* Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and modernization of elevators, escalators, and related equipment.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in elevators and implement effective solutions.
* Test and adjust elevator systems to optimize performance and ensure smooth operation.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
* Keep abreast of industry advancements and technological developments in elevator systems.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or technical training is preferred.
* Proven experience as an Elevator Mechanic with a strong understanding of elevator systems and components.
* Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to elevators and escalators.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment and materials.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Commitment to safety protocols and compliance with all regulations.
