You'll be welcome to enjoy our kayak while you are here, and you can fish on our little fishing dock.

Your new home, with it's own entrance, is attached to a tropical 1960s Florida style home right on a nice quiet canal with a small fishing pier and boathouse, perfect for reading, napping, fishing, etc.

one Bedroom with a queen size bed and a 43 inch Google TV,
a full Bathroom with tub and shower,
a combined Living, Dining & Kitchen area with a futon, a long cedar lined closet and a smaller utility closet, and a 55 inch Roku TV.
Both TVs are able to stream and have Netflix, Hulu, etc.
There is also a sitting area in the back yard, which is very tropical overlooking the canal.
Located on a quiet street (you see more birds and boats pass than automobiles) native plants abound in this tropical paradise!
Jump on your bike and in about 5 minutes (or about half a mile) you will arrive at the Village and Beaches of Siesta Key.
There you will find a grocery store, beauty salons & spas, shopping, and cute little cafes and restaurants.
Ideal tenant: Quiet, environmentally conscious, clean courteous, responsible non-smoker who enjoys acoustic music, art and nature.

Siesta Key is one of the most desirable places to live in the country.
There are no bad areas on the entire key.
The climate is lovely, people are friendly, and it has a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of things to do nearby, such as the Ringling Museum, numerous theatres, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, and Selby Gardens.
We are about two hours from Orlando, where Epcot and Disney are located, about an hour from Tampa, and about half an hour from Venice.
