Need Mover for furniture (Sarasota)

I'm looking for guys that have been or are movers with better rates than what I'm being quoted of $360.
I live on a 2nd floor apartment and have the following to move: long dresser, 4 drawer dresser, full size bed with basic metal frame, credenza, leather couch and ottoman, office set that includes 2 wall units 6'x3' a 4x3 table and file cabinet.
I'll have a few loose items like lamp, guitar, side stand and approximately 10 boxes or bins.
The couch, bed & frame, long dresser and boxes are going to another unit 3 miles away and that is upstairs also on the 2nd floor.
The rest of the furniture is going to storage which is drive up ground level 3 miles away.
If you have previous moving experience but don't have a truck, I can rent the truck and pay you a flat rate of $100 each person.
This shouldn't take you more than an hour if you've done this before.
