NEED REPAIR?.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
This is only for Triumph or other classic car owners wanting to sell their car, and the car needs work whereby the sellers don't want to invest any money to fix the car.
COPY THIS LINK HERE: https://youtu.
be/ZsKRjCZhrAA Our irresistible offer is to fix your Triumph with no out of pocket cost to you if we are selling your car.
Want to skip this long novel I’ve written here then just call me at (941) 323-seven-six-seven-zero and I’ll give you the Cliff Note short version over the phone.
Otherwise, the following is packed with rationale and intelligent information: We are a classic car consignment dealership.
We have the region’s best (perhaps only) Triumph factory-trained mechanic working here.
He is 78 years old and worked for British Leyland in many dealership service departments ~ he knows every British Leyland car like the back of his hand.
When the Triumph dealerships closed down in the US during the early 80’s our mechanic opened his own European auto repair shop.
In 2019 he closed his shop due to the headaches of running a business ~ he then came here.
He has every imaginable specialty tool for most old European cars.
Many of those tools were specific for certain makes and models and are not available anywhere today - except in his vast tool collection here.
We only service cars we are selling.
Sorry, we do not service cars we are not selling.
Here’s why; because we cut corners and keep the repairs inexpensive to make cars “sellable”.
“Sellable” is a term we use for the level of work needed to make a car perform well enough to sell.
No “jury rigging”, just “cost effective”.
We do not perform work for perfectionists - perfectionists are a pain in the ass.
A royal pain in the ass.
That’s right…car owners who are not selling complain when the work is not performed perfectly.
Of course because the car is their baby and they want it done to perfection (or close to it).
I have classic cars of my own.
I want those cars to be serviced to the highest level.
No short cuts.
But, when I ever sell one of my cars I just want to throw a pinch of money at it to make it sellable.
There undoubtably will be those reading this saying “this guy is a crook!” I would be a crook if I misrepresented any car’s quality in the sale.
If I were to lie about the car’s service to a buyer then I’d be a crook.
Karma would have already whacked me.
How stupid is it when a seller takes his car to a fancy repair shop that charges $140 - $200+ an hour to fix the car before putting the car up for sale.
Why?…why gift a stranger who anyway will beat you like a punching bag on price? Stupid…right? You will never get a return on your money fixing your car to perfection before selling it.
Let me repeat that in case your mind wandered off for a second - YOU WILL NEVER GET A RETURN ON YOUR MONEY FIXING YOUR CAR TO PERFECTION BEFORE SELLING IT.
I hate all cap sentences, but here is was absolutely imperative.
Perfection is expensive.
Or sure, a buyer will appreciate that you spent tons of money to get the car perfect, but he’s not going to pay you for that perfection.
What you just spent on perfection will get lost.
Conversely, spending bare minimum to fix your car will award you a huge return on your investment (ROI) rate.
Ohhh…but what if you don’t need to write a check for those bare minimum repairs to make the car sellable? Your ROI goes through the roof because you invested ZERO ($0.
00).
We consult with you what that bare minimum will be, in our opinion, to make the car sellable.
Then that amount will be deducted from the net you receive from the sale.
We do NOT make money on repairs - we make money SELLING YOUR CAR.
We hope it costs only itty bitty to make your car sellable.
With your permission I’d like to repeat this VERY IMPORTANT statement: We do NOT make money on repairs - we make money SELLING YOUR CAR.
You’ll faint with joy when I tell you what our shop rate is $65.
00.
Not $165.
00, $65.
00.
The service shops in Florida are going to yell at me when they read this.
And we don’t have bullshit fees like ‘discard old parts, shop cleaning fee, EPA fee…hell with that noise! The estimate to make your car sellable is FREE.
Free ninety nine.
We’ll tell you what it’s going to cost to make your car sellable - then, and only then, you can make a smart decision to go forward with this or not.
There’s no bait and switch here.
All we want to do is get more cars here to sell.
We know there are a large number of cars up and down this coast that are just sitting whereby the owner doesn’t want (or doesn’t have the money) to invest into making the car sellable - but they really want to sell it.
Those owners want to sell their car, but they know the car is worth a ton less not in “sellable” condition.
They also know there are more buyers for sellable cars than for cars that need fixing.
Most buyers are searching for classics that are drivable, well functioning, dependable, and safe.
They don’t want to buy a car that needs work because the shops that fix classic cars are massively expensive.
====== You have a few options with your car; a.
keep the car where it is and do nothing.
Perhaps someday it’ll be worth a baggillion dollars no matter what condition it’s in at that time.
b.
take the car to a service facility and get ready to spend big bucks.
You and I both know those shops don’t do anything for a tiny amount of money.
After that you can try to sell it and try to recoup the horrendous amount it cost to fix.
c.
fix the car yourself and sell it.
d.
hire us.
We’ll work closely with you to see what it’ll take to make the car “sellable”.
Bare minimum, short cuts.
We then do what we are best at - sell your car for the maximum amount through our amazing marketing and sale techniques.
If you don’t like the word “bare minimum” or “short cut”, then this method ain’t for you.
There’s nothing unethical about preparing a car for the market through short cuts.
The car is yours until a new owner buys it.
You can do whatever you want to YOUR car.
If you want to stand on your car and pee all over it before you sell it, that’s your prerogative.
Right? We’d be obliged to tell buyers you peed all over your car, so don’t pee all over your car - that would be bad.
We also would tell buyers we fixed this and that to get the car ready for the market.
99.
99% of all the buyers are impressed that the car was made sellable prior to it being put up for sale.
The .
01% that walk away because the repairs didn’t cost a zillion bucks are not our buyers.
Have you ever seen an ad while car shopping that reads like this; “I just spent $14,000 in service to make this car perfect.
” You say to yourself “ooh this car sounds awesome, but this guy is dreaming if he thinks he’s going to recoup his $14,000 - this seller is nuts!” We don’t focus our marketing on expensive service done to the car, we focus our marketing on having a buyer falling in love with the car.
Buyers don’t fall in love with expensive service, they fall in love with the car.
Studio photography is one reason buyers fall in love with our cars.
Shitty photos produce shitty results.
Your car can be the most awesome car, but if the photos suck then the phone will only ring with dueschbag lowballers.
We are marketers, not salesmen.
Incredible marketing creates excitement.
Excitement creates desire.
Desire creates the sale.
The more desire there is, the more the price goes up.
Sex sells in advertising, but even more so EXCITEMENT SELLS.
Our marketing has one clear focus - create excitement and make the salesman’s phone ring.
Our two sales people have been here for 9 and 4 years respectively.
They are eloquent and professional, but they are at the core still used car salesman.
Luckily they are ethical, otherwise they wouldn’t still be here.
However, at the end of the day, they are plain and simple used car salesman.
They close deals.
And that’s what you want.
When you want to build your dream home you need an architect.
Right? A serious professional.
You don’t want just a builder with a fat orange pencil drawing your house out on a cocktail napkin….
right? My point is this; we all hate used car salesman, but there’s a value to them when it comes to selling YOUR car.
You don’t want to buy from them because, well, they are used car salesman who act like used car salesman.
Tables turned, however, you would love to have a used car salesman SELL your car because he will sell your car.
That’s what he does.
Period.
Time for me to put a close to this writing.
I could go on and on and on, but you have other things to accomplish today.
Suffice to say that we can get your car sellable and get it sold.
No out-of-pocket to you.
We’ll square up when the car sells and you won’t have any surprises.
You’ll agree to every penny put into making the car sellable.
Our marketing creates sizzle, sizzle that the common citizen doesn’t know how to do.
We are damn good at what we do.
You’ll see.
So, call me and let’s chat about your car.
My name is Tom, I’ve been selling cars since 1984.
It’s my passion, and I have a hell of a team here.
My cell number is (941) 323-seven-six-seven-zero.
