Administrative and Accounting Assistant

We are excited to announce we are growing and adding an Accounting Assistant to our Dental Group team in Sarasota.
Responsibilities: - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions - Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data - Prepare and process journal entries for month-end close - Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Perform data entry tasks including 10-key typing and inputting financial information into accounting software - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed Skills: - Proficient in using accounting software and systems and MS Office; strong Excel experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and account reconciliation processes - Excellent mathematical and analytical skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong organizational and time management skills Note: Experience with journal entries is highly preferred.
