SUMMARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
They will also be proficient in accounting software, specifically QuickBooks, and have a strong understanding of accounting principles.
The individual should possess a proven track record, ability to work independently, organization and time management skills, and a quick learner.
Must be a team-player and bring a positive attitude to the work environment!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Duties and Tasks include, but are not Limited to:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
Work with executive management to prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for our various entities.
Work with CPA
Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
File taxes and other required government reports.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting rules and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
Proficient in accounting software, specifically QuickBooks.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits, double-entry accounting, and the accounting cycle.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
